Rite’s chemical feed system delivers metered chemical supply that is more accurate and economical than traditional chemical feed options. The chemical feed system has the option to be added to any of our boiler feed systems or directly into the feed water supply line.

The chemical treatment system can include the following:

Low Pressure Steam Example

  • (1) 1/4" FNPT connection stainless steel injection quill installed in Rite CR tank.
  • (1) 120/60/1 chemical metering pump with suction and discharge tubing and connections.
  • (1) 120/60/1 receptacle on feed pump electrical housing to plug in chemical metering pump: (Also available in weatherproof for outdoor jobs).
  • (1) 48# pail of Rite BT-849 boiler chemical treatment*.
  • (1) Test kit with instructions and chemical control parameters*.
  • (1) Stainless steel body sample cooler - shipped loose or mounted on side of boiler (for regular tap cooling water).

*Consumables that will require re-ordering from time to time.
