One of the of the benefits of using a blowdown tank is that there is usually no need for an aftercooler assembly. However, some situations call for the added protection of an aftercooler assembly to guarantee that the drains do not see water above 140°F. Rite manufactured aftercooler assemblies can be installed on Rite blow-down tanks, or purchased separately for replacing aftercoolers on blow-down separators.
